Another week has passed and we are still not able to meet together physically for worship as one. However, it certainly looks like that it is getting closer with every new announcement regarding the easing of restrictions.
In the meantime, we continue to post here on our website the links to our weekly communion talk as well as a sermon.

With some recent easing of restrictions in South Australia during the COVID-19 pandemic we are getting closer to being able to meet again in person. In the meantime, we are continuing to post videos here each week.
For this Sunday, Pastor Grant is leading us in both communion and the message.
As winter roars in on us here in South Australia, I trust that you are all keeping warm on the frosty nights and mornings of this last week. With the way that the restrictions are being modified, we may be able to soon meet together to worship once again.
The links to this week’s video messages are below. The first one features Steve Bown leading us in communion, and the second one is our guest speaker, Geoff Payne. Geoff is the CEO of Churches of Christ CareWorks here in SA.
Greetings to everyone accessing the messages for 7th June 2020 at the Murray Bridge Church of Christ, South Australia.
I trust that you are continuing to be blessed by God each day as you follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour – despite the strange and difficult times in which we live.
I encourage you all to use your days wisely by reading and meditating upon God”s Word – His Living Word – the Bible. I would also like to encourage you to spend time in fellowship and prayer with the Creator of this wonderful world on which we live. Let us take our eyes off of the troubles of this world and “fix our eyes on the Author and Perfecter of our faith.”
I trust that you are all well and ready for the onslaught of winter. The weather forecast looks like we will have a good taste of winter this coming week.
Keep warm, keep dry, and above all – keep safe. And when you can’t get out into the garden or go for a walk due to the weather, spend more time in God’s Word, or in prayer. Our world certainly needs our prayers.
Here are the links to David’s Communion talk, and to Pastor Grant’s message entitled ‘Pentecost Power.’
Greetings to everyone accessing our messages for this Sunday. How the weather has changed this last week, from beautiful autumnal sunshine to cold winds, cloud cover and misty rain. It is lovely to hear the raindrops on our roofs.
Praise God for the raindrops filling our tanks, watering our gardens and bringing soaking showers for the farmers in our district.
Here are the links to Ruhinda’s Communion talk as well as Pastor Grant’s Sermon for this week: “By Whose Authority?”
Greetings again, everyone. I trust that you are enjoying our wonderful autumnal weather at present.
As we continue to move through this season of worshipping in a different way, may you all know God’s rich blessings as we share in Communion together in our homes, and as we hear a message from God’s word.
For communion today we will be lead by Graham Nancarrow, and today’s sermon is brought to you by Greg Woolner.

It has been encouraging to hear the news this past week that restrictions in our movements in society are starting to be relaxed – here in South Australia at least.
I am sure that all of you watching these messages are looking forward to that day when we can once again worship our Lord Jesus Christ together in person. I am sure that we will have a great deal for which to praise Him.
MOTHER’S DAY
Today is the special day in our calendar when we especially acknowledge our mothers, with a special focus on their important role in our lives. Pastor Grant’s message today will have a focus on mothers.
Pastor Grant will also be leading us around the Lord’s Table of Remembrance (Communion).
Prepare to take communion and the click on the images below to watch the videos.
As we continue to worship in isolation from each other we are continuing to provide two messages for every Sunday. The first one is to help you to observe communion at home and is led by Trevor Purdie this week. He has asked that you watch a video of a favourite hymn before watching his message: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-dEfvz6Vms
Please prepare before viewing some juice and some bread or biscuit.
The second message is from Pastor Grant and is based on his Bible reading for this Sunday.

Regular viewers will notice that we have changed access to these videos because we now have a YouTube channel dedicated to these messages. A big thanks to my son Simon who helped set this up.
